About Dosing Pump
A dosing pump is a mechanical device used to accurately dispense or inject small quantities of liquid or chemicals into a system or process. It is commonly used in industries such as water treatment, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, and agriculture.
The primary function of a dosing pump is to deliver precise and controlled amounts of fluid, usually chemicals or additives, into a larger flow stream or container. This controlled dosing ensures that the desired concentration or dosage is maintained consistently.

- Steady State metering accuracy of + - 2.5 % of pump output, at single setting of stroke from 10% - 100% (Turn down ratio 10:1).
- Reproducibility (Repeatability) better than +/- 2.5 % of set point.
- Inbuilt Pressure Relief & vacuum valve on the hydraulic side to safeguard the pump.
- Double diaphragm with Diaphragm rupture indication also available for all standard models.
- They are compatible with most of fluids.
- Simplex and Multiplex arrangements of pumps available for universal use.
- Pump performance confirms to international standard of API 675
